UX Designer focused on turning complex problems into clear, human-centered digital experiences.

I was originally trained in Visual Communication Design, where I developed a strong foundation in aesthetics, composition, and visual clarity. My early professional experience as a web designer exposed me to real-world constraints—balancing visual expression with business needs.

Through this work, I began to realize that good design is not only about how something looks, but how it works for people. As I encountered UI design, I became increasingly interested in usability, interaction, and the reasoning behind user behavior. This shift led me to pursue deeper training in UX design, where simplicity and intention guide my design decisions.

Today, I’m a UX design graduate student based in San Francisco and a design intern at Alice Cabinetry. Shaped by my experience growing up in southern China and working across different cultural contexts, I focus on creating clear, human-centered experiences that balance aesthetics with usability.
